ECOA AL Series Lift Tables are pneumatically operated scissor lifts with capacities of
2,000 to 4,000 lbs., and travels distances of 12 to 24 inches.

Features of The AirLift
|
- AL Series lifts have chromeplated rollers entrapped within base frame and platform for
superior stability, enhanced durability, and trouble free operation.
- Durable 2-ply, 3-convoluted, rubber air spring actuator(s) comes with lifetime warranty.
- Heavy duty welded construction designed with a 3-to-1 safety factor, complies with ANSI MH29.1 - 1994
- PTFE (Teflon) lined, lifetime lubricated, composite bearings at all wear points. Hardened chrome
plated pins used at all bearing surfaces.
- Scissor legs bolted to base frame and platform at fixed (clevis) end, for enhanced maintainability and
ease of disassembly, if required.
- Removable roller gibs facilitate maintenance operations, and allow for ease of disassembly, if required.
- Pedestal mounted up/down control valve with 10' of 1/2" pneumatic hose standard, optional
foot operated control valve available.
- Adjustable Hydraulic Damper provides positive load control.

- (2) Two pedal air foot operated controls with base plate and 10' of pneumatic hose for "AirLift" units only.
- Spring activated detents for manual turntable at 45*, 90* or 180* degrees with roller and cam.
- 3"x3"x3" corner stops mounted to all four corners of deck top.

- Automatic cam detents for manual turntable at 45*, 90* or 180* degrees with roller and cam.
- Round Platform instead of standard square for manual turntable.
- Sub-base mounted under unit for increased lowered and raised height.
