ECOA HLT2DL Series Lift Tables are heavy-duty electro-hydraulic, with doublelong scissor legs for users
requiring longer platforms with greater end stability in a rugged, extra-long configuration. Load
capacities are 4,000 to 10,000 lbs., travel distances are 24 to 48 in. with platform sizes of 24 x 72 to
48 x 176 in.
All ECOA Lift Tables are designed and constructed for heavy-duty applications under the toughest working
conditions, offering years of trouble-free operation.

Features of The HLT2DL Series
|
- Internally-mounted 1.5HP, 230V, 1PH, 60Hz or 11/2 HP, 115V, 1PH, 60 Hz or
208/230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. Specify required voltage
- All controller components are UL and/or CSA approved
- 24V operating control voltage
- NEMA-4X constant-pressure (water-tight, oil-tight and corrosion-resistant) "UP-DOWN"
push button control station with 8 ft. straight cord
- 10 ft. power cord (connector not included)
- Cylinders with internal stops
- Smooth steel tops
- Lifetime self-lubricating, PTFE composite bearings
- Hinged safety restraint maintenance bars

- Hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting, hydraulic cylinder piston rods and axles
- Surfaces degreased, oxide primed and finished with two coats of enamel
- 3.75 in. straight toeguards with yellow and black safety stripes
- Internal high-pressure gear pump with check valve, relief valve, pressure-compensated
flow control valve, solenoid valve, suction and return filters
- Includes hydraulic oil
- Optional Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operates integral power unit-enables a large array
of plug & play options.

requirements depend upon frequency and type of operation and require specific selection.
Standard power supply required: 230V/1PH/60Hz. If available power supply is 115V/1PH/60Hz, a 3/4 HP motor is required. This will double the upspeed.
