ECOA HLT2DW Series Lift Tables are heavy-duty electro-hydraulic, with double wide scissor legs for applications
requiring wider platforms with greater side loading capacity in an extra-wide configuration. Load
capacities are 4,000 to 12,000 lbs., travel distances are 24 to 48 in. with platform sizes of 48 x 36
to 72 x 96 in.
All ECOA Lift Tables are designed and constructed for heavy-duty applications under the
toughest working conditions, offering years of trouble-free operation.

Features of The HLT2DW Series
|
- Internally-mounted 1.5HP, 230V, 1PH, 60Hz or 1.5HP, 115V, 1PH, 60 Hz or
208/230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz intermittent duty TENV super torque motor. Specify required voltage
- All controller components are UL and/or CSA approved
- 24V operating control voltage
- NEMA-4X constant-pressure (water-tight, oil-tight and corrosion-resistant) "UP-DOWN"
pushbutton control station with 8 ft. straight cord
- Cylinders with internal stops
- 10 ft. power cord (connector plug not included)
- Smooth steel tops
- Hard, chrome-plated, polished shafting, hydraulic cylinder piston rods and axles

- Surfaces degreased, oxide primed and finished with two coats of enamel
- 3.75 in. straight toeguards with yellow and black safety stripes
- Lifetime self-lubricating, PTFE lined, composite bearings
- Safety restraint maintenance bars
- Internal high-pressure gear pump, check valve, relief valve, pressure-compensated flow
control valve, solenoid valve, suction and return filters
- Includes hydraulic oil
- Optional Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operates integral power unit- enables a large array
of different plug & play options.

Oversized platforms, beveled toeguards, roller shades, accordion skirting and electrical tape
switches will affect overall size. Power requirements depend upon frequency and type of operation
and require specific selection. If available power supply is 115V/1PH/60Hz, a .75 HP motor is required.
This will double the upspeed. Internal 3 phase power unit 208V/230V/460V available. Optional Hi-Speed
3HP 208V/230V/460V/3PH/60Hz power unit available. Speeds for Hi-Speed units will be 2/3 greater
than speeds specified (multiply by 0.67). Lowered height is 8" minimum for 3HP power unit.
