ECOA HLTxHC Series High Cycle Lift Tables

ECOA HLTxHC Series Lift Tables are High-Cycle, electrohydraulic scissor lifts, designed
for applications where overall cycles exceed 40,000 per year, up to a maximum of 100,000 cycles
per year.
The HLTxHC lifts are designed for moderate load, moderately high-speed applications, where continued
preventive maintenance is possible.

Features of HLTxHC Series
|
Standard Features Include:
|
- HLTxHC lifts have sealed camfollower rollers entrapped within base frame and platform for
superior stability, enhanced durability, and trouble free operation. Rollers run on
hardened tracks.
- Double acting cylinders with positive internal stops are pinned at the rod end sleeve with
removable pins, and at the thrust angle with removable gibs, for enhanced maintainability.
- Heavy duty welded construction designed with a 3-to-1 safety factor, complies with ANSI
MH29.1 - 1994.
- PTFE (Teflon) lined composite bearings at all wear points.
Hardened chrome plated pins used at all bearing surfaces. Center axle pivot bearings are
retained within removable hubs, for ease of maintenance and
inspection. All pivot bearings are replaceable, if necessary.

- Scissor legs bolted to base frame and platform at fixed (clevis) end, for enhanced maintainability
and ease of disassembly, if required.
- 3 HP 230V-460V/3 PH or 230V/1 PH continuous-running remote power unit with large integral
reservoir, powers lift up and down for increased speeds. Optional 1.5 HP power unit available.
- Optional Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operates integral power unit - enables large array of
different options.
- Hinged safety maintenance bars.
- Surfaces degreased, oxide primed, finished with durable enamel.
