ECOA MLTDW Series Lift Tables are double wide, high-capacity heavy-duty electrohydraulic scissor lifts
with capacities of 25,000 to 60,000 lbs., travel distances of 30 to 72 in. with platform sizes
of 96 x 60 to 120 x 132 in.
MLTs are designed for extremely heavy-duty lifting. From their structural strength to
their high-power lifting ability, the MLT Series brings new meaning to the term "heavy duty". All have
a design safety factor of 3 to 1.

Features of The MLTDW Series
|
- Externally-mounted power unit with 5 through 7.5HP, 230/460V, 3PH, 60Hz, continuous
duty TEFC motor. (Specify required voltage)
- High-pressure gear pump
- NEMA-4X constant-pressure (water-tight, dust-tight and corrosion-resistant) "UP-DOWN"
pushbutton control station with 20 ft. coil cord and hanger bracket
- NEMA-12 prewired control box (dust/drip-tight industrial type) with liquid-tight electrical
connectors. Control box contains magnetic starter, control transformer, thermal overload and fuses
- All controller components are UL and/or CSA approved
- 24V operating control voltage
- NEMA 4, 13 (water-tight, dusttight and oil-tight) adjustable upper travel limit switch to
automatically shut off motor and pump at pre-set height, plus 4 secondary mechanical upper
travel back-up stops.
- Smooth steel platform
- 8 in. high straight toeguards with yellow and black safety stripes
- Rectangular structural tube scissor legs and torque tubes for maximum horizontal and
longitudinal stability and minimal deflection

- Dual safety restraint maintenance bar
- Positive stops on all four corners for maximum roll over capacity in lowered position
- Cylinder rod end protectors
- Surfaces degreased, oxide primed and finished with two coats of enamel
- Sealed, ram-type, full oil displacement hydraulic cylinders with hard, chrome-plated and
polished stress-proof steel rams and polyurethane seals. No breather ports
- Flow Limiter Valve at base of each cylinder
- Axles and shafts are stressproof shafting, hard chrome plated and polished, retained with
a positive locking screw ring system and equipped with lifetime lubricated PTFE lined,
composite bearings
- Aluminum valve block manifold in the external power unit contains check valve, relief valve,
pressure-compensated flow control valve and down solenoid valve cartridges. The solenoid
valve includes a filter screen.
- Hydraulic hose, SAE 100 R2AT double wire braid from cylinders to universal connection in the
base frame
- Pressure line 25 micron cartridge filter
- 11 gal. reservoir, hydraulic oil not included

Oversized platforms, beveled toeguards, roller shades, accordion skirting and electrical tape switches
will affect overall size. Power requirements depend upon frequency and type of operation and require
